This is one of the best ideas for and best executions of a cookbook ever. It takes the staff food of elBulli (best restauant in the world etc etc) and shows you how they cooked everything (crisp omelettes and all kind of joys). Laid out like a comic book, it is just brilliant. Cook the onions until they look like this - such a simple, instructive and effective idea, and it’s great to see that people making mad stupid shit, still had a roast chicken for lunch.
