RETURNS POLICY
Firstly, I know all this stuff sounds a bit unfriendly, but you’d be GOBSMACKED if you knew the stunts people pulled and sadly, that’s why we have to be quite militant about all this stuff. As I say later on though, it’s always worth asking.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We can only do returns on items marked BRAND NEW (BN) in our condition grading system, and only then if we receive them back from you in the same condition they were sent out in. They must still be in the original packaging if shrink-wrapped.
To re-iterate, other than products marked BRAND NEW (BN), nothing is returnable. Therefore, any item sold in the condition listed below is a Non-returnable Item:
All AS NEW (AN) graded items
All FANTASTIC (F) graded items
All VERY GOOD (VG) graded items
All GOOD (G) graded items
All A BIT BATTERED BUT CHARMINGLY SO (BB) graded items
All REALLY NOT THAT BAD CONSIDERING HOW OLD IT IS (RNTBCHOII) graded items
In certain situations only partial refunds might be given, such as:
When any item is not in its original BRAND NEW (BN) condition, that is damaged for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If you wish to return an item under our returns policy, or ask if we are willing to accept a return NOT under our returns policy (which we might be – it’s always worth asking), please fill out the Returns Form to request a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as quickly as possible (and within 30 days).
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Once your refund has been approved, if you haven’t received your money back, and 30 days have not passed, please wait until they have, and then check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us, quoting your order number to help us track your returns status.
EXCHANGES
We can only offer exchanges on products condition graded as BRAND NEW (BN).
Due to the nature of selling second-hand books, we do not accept exchanges on second-hand items.
RETURNS SHIPPING
To return BRAND-NEW (BN) products, please use the returns form above to contact us regarding obtaining our returns address.
You will be responsible for paying for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging a BRAND NEW (BN) item for something else, we will deduct the cost of shipping the replacement item from the refund of your initial item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and then you’ll get very, very cross.
