Les Dîners de Gala - Salvador Dali (First Edition in English)
Where to begin? This is one of the coolest things ever. Taschen reissued it a few years ago but this is the OG - a first edition of the English translation (the book was originally released in French). This. Book. Is. Amazing. It is utterly, utterly beautiful (obviously, from the man who painted the greatest crucifixtion of the 20th century), and full of mad, incredible ideas for dishes and food fantasies, mostly lifted from Paris’ great restaurants. Would you cook from it? Probably not, but do you eat art? Not really.
Publisher/Published: Felicie, 1973
Condition: RNTBCHOII - Innit
