You could go to The Yellow Bittern, have a nice spot of lunch and some lovely wine and buy these individually, or, BAM, you could buy the whole lot here all in one go. It has been somehow forgotten that in the 1980s, on behalf of Time-Life, Richard Olney edited/compiled one of the greatest series of books about food and cooking ever written - ably assisted by the likes of Alan Davidson (he of the Oxford Companion to Food), Jane Grigson and Jeremiah Tower. Postage will probably not be cheap, sorry.

Publisher/Published: Time-Life, 1981

Hardbacks. Only thing missing is the (superfluous) pamphlet that came with the set about kitchen equipment.

Condition: BB. Sold as seen, because I can’t face photographing them all, but happy to send pics etc if you want!!!!
