This book is MUCH cheaper than lunch in the restaurant and signed by the two titans who own(ed) it, one of whom is now sadly dead.
I made the mushroom risotto recipe out of here recently, which was very unconventional in its method, AND AMAZING!!! Which might, or indeed might not, say something about this book just generally.
