He used to have a restaurant in Shoreditch which I deeply regret never going to. And it had a lift! Regardless of that, this bloke is A FRENCH PIG LEGEND. I have lots of his cookbooks in my collection and this is one of the greats. The photos are magic, everything’s delicious and the cover’s pleasingly squidgy. There’s also loads of cute little illustrations of pigs throughout. What’s not to love.
