McAtlas - Gary He (Signed, True First Edition)
Did you know Gary had done this? Bloke deserves a fucking Nobel Prize or something!! He travelled round the world, photographed hundreds of McDonalds branches and their regional specialties and made it into a book that looks like a burger. Clearly this is one of the great artistic and culinary endeavours of the 21st century. Already a Collector’s Item.
Gary’s a photographer by trade (which you can tell, the pics are amazing) and self-published this thing (I assume with the assistance of Katie Parla who has successfully self-published lots of cookbooks about Italy). Even if Gary only ever does this, he has swooped straight into the canon with a CLASSIC of the genre!
This is a signed copy, I ordered from my friends’ amazing cookbook shop Now Serving in LA and had shipped to the UK at enormous cost, which I am, ashamedly, passing on to you.
Publisher/Published: Gary He, 2024 - (Katie Parla (a cookbook self-publisher, often (exclusively?) about Italian food) seems to have been involved in the publishing too.
Condition: F, hardback. True First Edition.
