He travelled round the world, photographed hundreds of McDonalds branches and their regional specialties and made it into a book that looks like a burger. One of the great artistic and culinary endeavours of the 21st century if you ask me. He’s a photographer by trade (which you can tell, the pics are amazing) and self-published this thing (I assume with the assistance of Katie Parla who has successfully self-published lots of cookbooks about Italy). Even if Gary only ever does this, he has swooped straight into the canon with a CLASSIC of the genre! This is a signed copy, I ordered from my friends’ amazing cookbook shop Now Serving in LA and had shipped to the UK at enormous cost, which I am passing on to you. Sorry.
