This is one of the best cookbooks of all time FOR SURE. Cut from the same cloth as Niki Segnit’s (also brilliant) Lateral Cooking, this book takes 10 Meals and gives you EVERY recipe involved in making them. In the Lasagna chapter (in the photos) for example, he tells us how to make the pasta and even the cheese and gives a variety of sauces, to use dependent on the time of year, and then gives a load of other dishes that use those things or techniques.
What you would learn cooking your way through this book doesn’t bear thinking about, you’d be a fucking masterchef though, that’s for sure!
