Now, this is rare as rocking horse shit. I don’t know how many of this English version they printed, but getting hold of them is an absolute bastard!!! This is still in great nick and comes with a menu inside it from the restaurant in Laguiole dated 18 October 2002, only a few months after the book was originally released. Seeing the finesse, care and attention Michel and Sébastien Bras put into things is rather magical and the photos are spectacular.

Condition: Good. Few little dinks here and there and a TOUCH of ruffling on the top edges of the dust jacket, but fundamentally in very good shape bearing in mind it’s 24 years old (at time of writing) and SECOND HAND OBVS!!!!
