Bit battered as you can see, but a wonderful old copy of a brilliant cookbook. Many of the dishes are a lot of work and require quite a lot of technical skill, but there’s also alot of really great stuff in here that doesn’t require a lot of work or alot of technical skills. A lot of it might have dated a bit, but there’s alot of deliciousness too, which never dates, a lot. And wasn’t that a lot of a lots and alots for one little book description among a lot of cookbooks.
