One of the greats and signed to boot!!! I made the Olive Oil and Sauternes Cake (with Monbazillac - MUCH cheaper) the other day and it was BANGING. I don’t need to tell you about Chez Panisse and the impact it’s had, and this copy comes with some menus and other ephemera someone’s left in there, which is rather nice.
